My name is Fawziah (Foh – Zee – Ahh) and I am an executive coach, leadership facilitator and motivational speaker. I am also a mum to two gorgeous boys, a runner, an impactful storyteller, an optimist and a lifelong learner.

My passion lies in unlocking the limitless potential within individuals and teams, guiding them toward self-discovery and professional excellence. More simply put, I really do believe that we are all capable of achieving greatness and carving out time for coaching and reflection is crucial to ensure that you or your organization is taking steps in the right direction.

I chose the image of an anchor as it represents hope, stability and connectedness.

You are the expert of your own life and career – you are naturally resourceful, creative and whole. I will hold space for you to help you reflect on your goals and their alignment with your values. Through coaching, I want to help you gain clarity and focus, and support you to find innovative solutions.

Is it okay to not have a clear direction on where you want to go? Absolutely! No one has it all figured out and navigating uncertainty and discomfort is also part of our journey.
