Hi! I am Fawziah…

Welcome to my corner of purpose and passion.

I am passionate, self aware,  a retired people pleaser, an optimist, an impactful storyteller and a lifelong learner. I am still learning to embrace discomfort and setting healthy boundaries. I am also a wife and “mama” of two gorgeous boys who are my greatest teachers in life.

My passion lies in unlocking the limitless potential within individuals and teams, guiding them toward self-discovery and professional excellence.

I started my career in actuarial consulting but made a switch in 2015 to executive coaching driven by a deep desire to make a more direct and immediate impact on individuals and organizations. My journey as a coach and leadership facilitator is a deliberate choice to contribute to a world where leaders not only excel in their roles but also thrive in their authenticity.

I am dedicated to helping my clients navigate challenges, unlock their potential, and foster a positive impact within their organizations. I look forward to partnering with you – book a discovery call and let’s chat!

There are just a few peoples you’ll meet that will really have a strong impact on your professional development. For me, Fawziah has been one of them. She is an attentive listener and knows what’s the right questions to ask. The various discussions we had and exercises she proposed to me, helped to clarify my thoughts and take the right actions needed to reach my personal goals. I especially enjoyed the help she gave me to develop my own visual tools to better organize different aspects of my life. She is a great coach and a great human.

I have worked with Fawziah for 2 years and it was her coaching presence that led our team to success. She is able to listen intentionally, be aware of what's being said and non-verbal's and ask questions that help us move past what holds us back from achieving our goals.
